The history of \ the project content : Our project, EU 2020 strategy document and Erasmus KA1 + increasing the active public participation in learning mobility of individuals located effect , reinforced intercultural awareness and is ready to reveal. The multicultural integration in education administrators , teachers, professional incompetencies led us to this project to solve the inability and to find a solution to the problems that we have. Respect for people with different qualifications of teachers trained in integrating the integration and use of innovative methods and techniques necessary training is intended to contribute to the professional development of teachers in this project.Recognizing that we have prepared in the fundamental importance of investment in human social development in this project ; EU 2020 and Erasmus + Educational objectives in accordance with the educational policy of approchement with the innovative teaching methods adopted by all individuals at all levels receive a quality education in democratic values and adopt intercultural dialogue. The objectives of the project : Having knowledge of curriculum and different practices ; learning new activities and teaching methods to target the demand for training in innovation.Composed of students from different groups and classes to address the disparity in school, avoid negativity created by the ethnic and social imbalance ; improving students achievement , demonstrating positive behavior, to be a school where technology can be applied providing quality education in the classroom. The fossilization , which is open to progress and develop solutions that can be educators in the face of any situation , to enhance the possibilities of organization and communication skills in education are our main objectives in this project .The number of participants and in profile; in our school a total of 17 teachers determined according to the criteria mentioned in the profile section.The key team of the project on a voluntary basis and acting as the evaluation form implemented was determined 8 full and 2 spare teachers.Description of activities:Participating teachers want to get tranings such as; Innovative pedagogical approaches in countries of the European Union in the project are:1) January 23 to February 3, 2017 8 teachers will participate the course in Santiago Lopez Spain- Madrid Consultares.2) 3 to April 8, 2017 4 teachers will participate in the observation school work in four different schools in Italy -Milan FOR ALL 3) 25 and 30 June 2017, in Prague, Czech Republic EDUCAnet - Gymnaazıum in the Stredni Odbornaskol A Zaklatniskol institutions 5 teachers will participate on the observation of employment.Project execution of the methodology ; The interruption of work will be done by the project management team and project work by sharing the responsibilities between the participants made for a good quality, a study was carried out by the establishment of a commission on all things related to it.Our teachers are trained in the process of mobility; Our guide and partner institutions will be monitored and evaluated throughout the project.Our project team coordinated with the surveys will be needed if it was received in the analysis of the effectiveness of all these considerations .Expected results and impacts; The participants of multicultural education for the integration of students from different perspectives in terms of development and implementation,the development of various products and the application of innovative learning methods, multi-cultural students have different skills development strategies in the integration of the school, our participants acquire the ability to work with different countries and institutions in a country that they do not know and a different cultural knowledge will increase their self confidence by experiencing during training.-It Provides our teachers effort the ability to teach students and parents will build their high level of confidence.To have an innovative training model in our school and school development, our teachers innovative perspective will enlarged providing education,and this will greatly help us solve our problem. This innovative perspective is intended to be developed by our teachers participants in Europe, the education of our school will get rid of traditionalism.Our students who will increase their confidence will be successful both in the training of individuals in society and in their social life.Documets that we have will be implemented to the children to develop solidarity and the sharing of expertise. With this practice, parents will change their point of view on school and education and they will be aware that education doesn't have one way. Parents will acquire that education is integrated with parent-teacher-student-school administration.
