Eğitimde Yenilik Stratejilerinin AB Boyutunun İncelenmesi

PROJET
TERMINÉ
After the announcement of Turkish National Agency project proposal 2014, we had a meeting with our school's European Union External Relations and Social - Cultural Activities Department and teachers to discuss about to make an application according to our school European Development Plan. To realize that purpose, we decided to make a project application to train our staff to increase our school education standards to the same standards with EU. This project is completely presented with the needs and goals of our staff that have been emerged. We identified 5 main headings in order to bring our standards to the EU standards in the second meeting. Despite our school teachers had an education about teaching, they have still some practical educational needs. Therefore, this Erasmus + / European Mobility Activity is exactly what our teachers need to reach to the European standards about education. It is obvious that our basic needs as specified in the framework of our School European Development are coinciding with the institutions in EU. Thus, our teachers will find opportunities to develop their teaching skills to the European standards and achieve to transfer their experiences to our school.
We had a meeting with our teachers and administrators at our school and these serious problems appeared on the following subjects,
1- To reduce Early School Leavings
2- The management of the different cultures in the classroom
3- Effective communication and convincing methods
4- To increase the creativity in the classroom
5 -The team leadership and management skills of our teachers and administrators.
It is expected that all of our 24 personnel are going to commit the 2-week-course and they will be established according to the criteria set by European Project Union
- To understand better the project's content, purpose, and necessity of the requirements
- To be aware of our school’s effort on the early school leavings
- To be capable on group work and responsibility
- To be open minded about intercultural sharing
- Willingness to improve foreign language skills
- To give importance to have guidance to eliminate The Early School Leaving
- Willingness to give more guidance to the students about the issues of EU citizenship
Our teacher and administrator participants have these courses in Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Italy, as groups of 4 or 6. Our Project Monitoring Unit will select the participants according to the criteria mentioned above. Our participants will have a basic level of English, capable to go abroad and be aware of the importance of team work at school. This staffs are the last class teachers, administrative staff, social and science teachers and guidance teachers.
After the acceptance of our EU project we will establish a Project Monitoring Unit in our school EU Foreign Affairs and Social-Cultural Activities Department.
1 person responsible for official correspondence,
2 people responsible for all means of transportation,
2 people responsible to introduce our project, to make the news in local newspapers and web sites, the seminars, the posters, the announcements in and around our region
2 people to manage the Budget and to conduct financial transactions,
8 people in EU Project Monitoring Unit will be responsible to manage the whole project from the beginning to the end. The school headmaster will be the chairman of this unit.
After completing their training courses abroad successfully our participants who gained professional skills with personal developments will be well equipped teachers. These skills will be used to increase success of our foundlings, to reach the standards of EU, to fulfill the lacks of Strategic Development of Our Project, to cater European Development Plan.
