With advanced technology, the training process has entered into an inevitable change. The classical teaching methods do not atract and meet the expectations of today's students. Digital skills are of great importance for the future of education to respond to the new generation of advanced school strengthening ties with our students and the requirements of the age of the educational environment. Maintaining the charm of the school and students to the school in terms of innovative training models to ensure sustainability and to reach the level of countries that want to be successful in the future is inevitable. At this point the integration of educational technology to schools will shaped future education. The importance of integrating innovative methods and prepare the teachers of consortium member schools to future education models in Mersin is increasing day by day. In addition to this, it is essential to raise standarts of our education applications to level of developed EU Countries to contribute education strategy in line with the EU 2020 strategy .
Our teachers and schools with the work we do within the project aims to contribute to the preparation of the future presented in innovative ways. In this sense, including the integration of technology in education and the scope of measures to be observed over the course of the application to respond to the needs of our province with age-the-job observation study aims to develop the training model. Commitment to innovation and our efforts on these issues through innovative approaches educators who prepare content and web tools to eliminate the need and lack of effective use are also included among the objectives of the project plans to achieve. The size of the technological infrastructure, we use the local tools and identification of differences between the EU member states they experienced this issue as an important objective in strengthening the infrastructure in our province is located in the results of our project.
Working in and from our use of technology in our schools project consortium members willing to be open to change teachers and administrators is planned to consist of 50 people participate in mobility. Said participants aware of this and are working to conduct training at local changes in practice on a basic level with its own facilities. In this sense, the teachers involved in the project have qualified teachers, administrators are willing to provide the necessary contribution to the education model studies project aimed at encouraging our approach and motivation.
The project will take place in the Czech Republic E-content preparation courses, courses using Web tools in Poland, as well as the mobility activities consist of the job observation in Germany locally also be implemented at the local of the acquired achievements and aims the development of appropriate innovative model for our city. In this sense, the evaluation of the mobility, pilot implementation, and training and dissemination, and analysis of the results of activities are planned to achieve the project objectives.
Training in project work, study and observation methods is the application will be shaped accordingly. Accordingly, to obtain the benefits of the targeted subject and knowledge to participate in the course for the development of skills, monitoring over the application and meeting and training of business deal and acquired competencies to strengthen the practical skills to implement locally shared and disseminated and will be made. In this application process effectiveness, diversity and innovation will be essential.
End of the project, by integrating technological changes and developments in our education system, as in all areas of life will contribute to shaping the future of education through innovative approaches. Consortium members have different backgrounds and balances in our schools to provide effective feedback to the pilot stage and will occur in each model for studies of the point of education in shaping the future of our province. In addition to this, each teacher to share the experience gained in the process and transferring learning methods will be developed to see colleagues working in schools. There will also be a result of good practice will contribute to the achievement of continuity in training to become a school of attraction.
As a result, increasing the success with training in innovative approaches to the use of technology and aim to increase the efficiency to meet the needs of students in the process, with work to be done in schools and to develop methods to meet their expectations, is expected to reduce absenteeism and reducing dropout rates. In addition to our new education policy at the point of meeting the needs of the future of education is planned to be presented as a model.
