In our Project that has been prepared by the consortium composed Under the coordinatorship of Gaziantep Training and Youth Association in cooperation with Gaziantep Provincial Education Directorate,Gaziantep Governorship European Union Coordination Centre and Gaziantep Lifelong Education and Culture Association. All partners, members of the consortium, are adult education providers and all the partners have activities and experience on the areas regarding the application which are coaching / guidance / counseling / education management and leadership.But Consortium Members can not provide coaching and mentoring service in a professional way. All the partners consist of the institutions/organisations providing capacity building trainings and capacity buiding opportunities espacially for educational administrators. In the frame of the Project, we plan to receive training and technical support on the areas, guaidance/councelling/coaching/trainings for educational administrators, that consortium members have already worked together from Finnish Institute for Educational Research and Finish Institute for Educatinal Leadership. General aim of our Project is to increase the standarts of education management in adult education and to raise the quality of coaching and mentoring system. Objectives of our Project are; to provide improved competences on coaching/mentoring and education management and leadership to the staf of the consortium member institutions,to increase the ability of our institutions to address the needs of the disadvantaged,to increase opportunities for Professional and career development for our adults and youngsters target group,to improve foreign language competences of our staff,to increase self-empowerment and self-esteem and motivation of our staff in their daily work routine,to provide intercultural learning atmospheres to our staff,to gain our staff new skills,knowledge and attitudes,to provide opportunity to our staff to learn innovative and creative implementation on coaching/mentoring/education management and leadership and to use these methods in the consortium member institutions,to learn the non-formal education methods and use them in our institutions,to increase European and International dimension of our partner institutions/organisations. Activities of our Project are;to establish a Project team,to determine the participants and to provide pedagogical,intercultural and linguistic preparation,to organise preparation acitivities before mobility like visa,insurance,flight tickets,permission,accomadation etc,to prepare the education programmes in cooperation with the host organisations,partner institutions/organisations and participants,to provide the education for participants (to realise the mobility),to disseminate the Project and to submit the final report Our Project participants will comprise of administrators/managers,staff,trainers and members of the consortium member institutions.In the frame of the Project,22 people will participate in coaching and mentoring training and 22 people will participate in education management and leadership training. Each training will last for 12 days. At the end of the project, we expect the participants who will have coaching and mentoring training to approach their currently counselling and guidance services in a Professional way and to increase the number of the adults benefitting from these services. We expect the participants who will have education management and leadership training to learn education management and leadership model which has an important place in making Finland one of the prominent countries in education and the effective methods and tools used in this education management and accordingly to use these methods and tools in their own institutions.
