Educational institutions are parts of the cultural and socio-economic development in each country. It is possible for them to help produce new knowledge, idea and ability by growing generations who have the conscious of innovations to transform the newness and improvement into opportunity. For the continuity of innovation works, it is necessary to prepare situations to help improve the innovation culture. This project consists of education programs and policy, schools and classes, measurements for the future. This project will also answer these questions: - Which skills and values are important to gain for socially sensitive future? - How can it be integrated the technology with the process of giving the ability and value in effective and brain basic understanding. - How should schools and classes be arranged for the education which will shape the 21th century. - How can the learning environments for the motivation be improved for the students to gain educational responsibilities? - How can educational values of innovations in educational systems and technologies be measured? How can the successful ones be widespread? What are the innovational techniques and approaches to measure the educational gains on a performance basis? For this aim, three members from primary, secondary and high school category have been chosen; their personnel will be educated sufficiently in a foreign language and be helped to design the educational environment with new methods. They will attend the courses in Spain and Finland in groups of nine people. Before and after the attendance; mini meetings, researches, analysis will contribute to the innovative education and surrounding at school. So, students’ learning period will be short, the productivity will increase, the positive attitude to the school will improve, the climate at school will be better while inspection and supervision will decrease, the solutions to the problems will be easy, continuity and elasticity in actions will be done and as a result of this, the school’s positive attitude to the changes will improve in a positive way and personal satisfaction will increase.
