People and social groups in a country provides their needs easily by technology It is observed that the social groups who complete their developments and adaptarted to new generation have easy life and the high level of culture. The technology innovations must be used to educate the qualified people at schools It must be done to become qualified community for providing economical and social progress competing global using the sources of education effectively When we think about the necessity of qualified human power of Turkey the strategy and politic ions which will develop for getting qualified as technical education become important as technical schools like us as being vocational and technical high school our fundamental aim is to provide knowledge and ability to our young generation by using vocational and technical education in national local and international business area. By the help of our project our teachers will be able to learn educational methods by using information and communication technology By the way we aim that our teachers will achieve these methods by getting 12 days course Aims of our Project , To improve the cooperation between the society school, teachers and students by using the information technology tools , To improve the quality of the education by supporting the learning atmosphere with the help of educational applications. To obtain all the students possibility of using information technology. To ensure the development of the teachers themselves by using information technology tools effectively to solve the problem, reach the information, process and present the information and to obtain how to use this technology in the students daily life effectively. To ensure teachers to use learning effective communication ways and active learning environment. To ensure using as aid tools in students learning process by using tools like internet, drawing programmers ,word processor, electronic tabulation and presentation software. To ensure the teachers to use preparing daily plans, practicing lessons, developing evaluation tools, Giving works, preparing educational materials and improving themselves. To ensure to make he managerial works easy and effective by the may of database, word processor and prose nation software with the help of using information technology tools in managerial works. NAİN ACTIVITIES SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS AND CONTRACS [October-December-2015] Participants will be teachers and the others who have 3 years experience. PREPARATION (January-July 2016) -Activities about cultural, social ,legal , and preventing to take risk. ACRIVITIES AND COURSE PROGRAMME (June-July 2016) Activity is planned to Germany. Course programme will be in 3 groups and least for 12 days. It will be on weekdays. Participants will Join Cultural and social activities at weekends. 8 participants and one trainer will take part in each group. Each group will have ’50 hours’’ course programme. GENERALIZING AND REPORTING (July-October 2016) Generalizing and reporting will be don e. METHODOLOGY: Visiable proved documental volunteering group works and getting affective decision methods will be used. Effect: They will enteorate the educational system by learning the education with information technology and communication technology they will learn finding dato performing collecting documents searching on the net sharing knowledge and evaluation by using information technology the participants will develop themselves about appreciation of students knowing individual differences among students supporting the students about the subjects that they are successful be respectful to human rights using thee information and communication technology The participants will become people who learn along their lives and refine the abilities during their process learn the new methods and apply them This process will help to exchange school atmosphere positively. The qualities of school and education which are taken by students will unease The studies of the Minister of Education about smart board e school and the other information technology will be supported. They will learn the profits of social projects where the places teachers live. The parents of students incase their belief and trust on changing themselves It will be observed the learning of local people about the profits of projects This learning will help the process of membership to EU
