Ours is a school staff mobility funding project, participants of the project will undergo training activity given by experienced trainers in this field, the course will take place in an educational institution located in the United Kingdom and they will receive language training at three different levels. Training will be provided in central London, our teachers will participate to the structured courses in three streams. The programme will be ten days long and totaly 60 Hour Core Curriculum Training (60 Hours). Participants will be selected under the transparency criteria of European Union.A commission will be established to determine the participant profile objectively.In our selected project group , there will be people who has competence in the field of school education,has high learning motivation, likes challenges, can give feedback etc.. Our starting point was the '' foreign language communication failure'' of our academic staff. Therefore, the intended project will address to the lack of foreign language so afterwards our staff will achieve more effective professional development by learning target language.The project will increase intercultural interaction, will contribute to the development of individual self-reliance.With the development of our staff and our organization will be accelerated in terms of internationalization and modernisation.Dissemination of our activities at local, national and EU countries will be reflected with a wide range of materials..The action plan will commence on 09/01/2015, will end officially on 01.09.2016.The multiplier effect of our activities will continue for a long time,society will benefit from many walks,participants are expected to have a long lasting impact.The most recent publications ,activity plans and survey statistics can be followed-up via the website and social media accounts.
