Increasing Strategic Development of the School by Taking Steps to International Education-Training with Innovative, Creative, Student Oriented Methods This Project is based on the idea of taking education-training level of the school a step further, increasing the quality and providing the modernization by means of innovative and creative international methods.In the course of composition process of our Project, Needs Analysis Poll was carried out to the personnel of the institution and the Erasmus+ Project Team was formed in line with basic needs of the personnel. Our Project Team determined the needs of the school by making GZFT Analysis.Basic goals and targets were determined according to these needs. The goals of our project are to practice innovative methods in classrooms, develop basic skills and competences, contribute future teachers to be trained and establish language awareness. In addition to this, we need to develop social skills, ensure cooperative, innovative, creative and student oriented learning methods to be used, provide modernization and increase the number of qualified staff.Project period is 1 year and there will be 3 different courses in 3 countries with the purpose of providing these needs. All of these courses are intended to increase education-training quality and strategic development of our school and which are innovative, creative and approximate international education-training. 5 personnel each will participate to all these 3 courses.Each of these courses will be constituted of different modules based on a learning unity and skill. Activity types are discussions, brain-storming, team works, play, drama, generating practical ideas etc. Cooperative and communicative methods will be used in these courses; group discussions, pedagogical and socio-drama, sensuous active learning techniques, critical and creative thinking oriented activities will be made. Trainees will gain different teaching methods;clues to positive and strategic thinking methods in learning and teaching will be given. All activities will be evaluated in project meetings which take place once in two weeks; experiences and information will be exchanged in teachers’ board and parents’ meetings. During the mobilities, teachers will keep a diary for evaluation and prepare participant reports. All information, photos, videos and other materials will be filled and portfolios will be made out. In short-term, using innovative methods effectively in classrooms will provide teachers and students a modern education-training environment. Our staff, in cooperation with the project team, will become more cooperative and productive.Our personnel, who will have a broader perspective, will have the chance to give education in our institution in European and international conditions and will be able to take part in international projects more.Our teachers, thanks to the experience they will gain,will evaluate the education system more critically, thus obtain new perspectives. In long-term, our students will be freed form conventionalism and localism, start thinking globally and getting to know people, different cultures and world better. This will positively influence education policies to change and strategic development and quality of education institutions. Our project has the important roles about increasing the awareness of the teachers,modernizing the teaching and educational activities at school by inovative and creative international methods.
