Problem to be tackled: lack of knowledge about the tourist attractions of this area within the region and on an international level, a direct consequence of which is the low number of visitors.Main project activity: creation of thematic routes (adjoining festivals/events) along 3 gastronomical themes - beer, kadarka and brandy.Planned outputs:- 2 (HU, SRB) studies defining the destinations of the routes - 3 three cross-border thematic routes- 3 stakeholder meetings- webpage development for the 3 routes in 5 (Hungarian, Serbian, English, German, Romanian) languages- Shooting of introductory promotional spot- printed publication, promotional material: 52 000 paces of brochures of routes, 5 600 pcs of gastronomic guide in 5 languages- appearance at 13 exhibitions- 4 appearance in newspapers- study tour for journalists- appearance of spot in media channels- 1 closing conferenceExpected results:- approximately 10% increase in the number of visitors of the border area- 10% increase in the income of tourism sector Achievements: Preparartion of a Study defining the geographical destinations and characteristics of the 3 thematic routes (kadarka, brandy and beer) for the territory of Bács-Kiskun and Csongrád County; Editing text for the promotional materials, providing text and photos and Organising study tour for ca. 15 European and national journalists" in the framework of PRAG procedure. - text, photos, etc. for the territory of AP Vojvodina- maps of routes-design of common image, route passport, stamps for destinations, printing of publications, webpage development- translation of publications (English, German, Romanian) 4 maps had been designed for the brossures and webpage. One map contains the DKMT Euroregion and each route has its own map. The Romanian part of the maps were financed from own budget. The gastronomic guide had been translated to English, German and Romanian language - fulfilment of design of common image, route passport, stamps for destinations, printing of publications, webpage development including- design activities, publications (gastro guide and brochure of routes in 5 languages): 57 600 pieces, stamps for destinations, webpage (tasty.dkmt.eu)- procurement of installation- study tour for journalists- appearance at exhibitions with own stand:3- appearance at exhibitions, events:10- broadcast of spot (4)
