The School Education Staff Mobility Project entitled “THE EU MAKEUP ON EGEKENT2 AND THE ERASMUS+ DOPING” drawn up by Egekent2 Secondary School, which is experienced in the field of Europeanization & Internalization, was drafted in accordance with the European Development Plan. Its pupose is to make up the deficiencies and meet the needs of the school as identified by the Project commission consisting of 8 enthusiastic and innovative individuals in a period of 3 months in order to meet the need which is explained as “The School is curious about different educational systems. Its teachers want to develop themselves by learning different educational methods and techniques. Branch teachers need to examine different curricula. Use of technology in Egekent2 Secondary School is insufficient, and technology is not being used effectively and efficiently.”
As revealed by a questionnaire, of which reliability and validity were approved by Adil Adnan Öztürk, a faculty member of Adnan Menderes University.
The project involves sending 8 branch teachers to England, Ireland and Finland for structured courses and job shadowing so that they can, through 9 mobility activities, increase their competences in their branches, learn about different educational systems-, their curricula, modern education and training methods and techniques and also learn how to use technology in education functionally. If the mentioned needs are satisfied through the project “THE EU MAKEUP ON EGEKENT2 AND THE ERASMUS+ DOPING”, then academic achievements of its students and their TEOG test achievements will increase, commitment of its students to their school will increase, foreign language qualification of its teachers and their teaching competences will increase, Egekent2 Secondary School will get to know about the EU educational systems and curricula closely, adaptation to the Fatih project will be facilitated through more efficient use of technology, and all of these will contribute to the strategic development and academic achievement of the school
