The overall objective of the project is to secure promotion of social interaction between public bodies from border areas through effective management of human and information resources. The main objective is planned to be achieved through upgrading of the electronic document management systems in the civil registry offices (Agency) in the Kaliningrad region (Russia) and Klaipeda region (Lithuania). Expected Results: 1. Unify information system in civil registry offices of the Kaliningrad region (Russia). While achieving this result civil registry offices of the Kaliningrad region will be equipped with computer hardware and the premises of the offices will be renovated.2. Staff of civil registry offices of the Kaliningrad region (Russia) will be prepared to work with the information system.3. Working conditions of the employees in the civil registry office in Klaipeda region (Lithuania) will be improved.
