The title of the project title - "Effective vocational training" - experience and innovation". The main project is to increase the efficiency of learning vocational training, increasing the possibilities of improving professional skills, using the latest practical vocational training experience. Trainees having training placements abroad will develop vocational skills and competences in the sphere of trade, get familiar with work organization peculiarities, application of new technologies, analyze the stock, environmentally friendly goods, services, daily decisions of the company which promotes ecology and healthy lifestyle, increase initiative and enterprising, increase transnational consciousness, develop the knowledge of foreign language. The participants of the project: 15 participants from Panevezys Trade and Business Services School. (5 learners of Trade Companies Assistant Manager speciality, 1- Visual Advertisement Producer speciality, 9 florists). The host partners (receiving organization ): "Grieta 3" Ltd (Latvia) and "Infeba e. V" (Germany). Needs of the participants of the project: get familiar with: a) placement trading company (structure, work organization, preparation goods for selling); b) modern technology equipment; c) quality insurance and environment standards, goods precautionary measures installation of trade hall, advertising and selling promotion, stock formation, working with cashier desk equipment; d) IT that provides trading online, opportunity communicate with members of trading market; e) New ideas of customer service and consulting; To gain work experience and strengthen the employability of young people improve skills of foreign language and cultural awareness. For development and coordination of mobility project the group of four members is formed. The school obligates to carry out administration of finances from the signing until the end of the project, inform the learners about the project, select the participants, organize signing of the contracts, booking the tickets, travelling insurance, the discussion and evaluation of mobility project results, arrange reports. Preparation of visual informative/learning material: a) The participants of Manager asistent of industrial enterprises speciality arranged e-teaching/learning material “Trade: experience and innovation” which will be used during the lessons and conduct a lesson for the other learners of Trade Companies Assistant Manager speciality on the topic “Sell – mission impossible”; b) Florists arranged teaching/learning material about gained experience in flower arrangement in Germany and Latvia. Participants practice was accepted as the part of the final practice, and were issued certificates and European Mobility documents.
