The proposed project has two pillars:
The course "Monitoring and evaluation of Programmes and Projects " is a logical conclusion of the series of training courses followed in the previous project "A leap into the future " . This resulted in a number of change projects in our own school. To follow all these change processes effectively and adjust properly we need additional expertise . We are convinced that the chosen course will be an added value to the already completed training programs .
The second pillar is some job shadowing activities in which we are going to visit a foreign partner to check in everyday reality how they control processes , evaluate and adjust in an educational context.
