The educational institutions in co-operation with enterprises examine functionality of sub-contracting relations and experiences in production cooperation between firms. The project analyses the obstacles and bottlenecks of operational cooperation of a pilot group of 10 sub-contracting co-operation firms, and defines solutions for the problems. The network of experts in educational institutions will be established for developing of the method further in training as well as in business consulting. The common tool will be available for improving productivity of firms.
