Our aim is to support applicants in Lifelong Learning of foreign languages which leads to their further professional development. We have chosen 5 teachers of foreign languages, 4 are English teachers and 1 is a French teacher. English language is the main language taught at our school and is also presented by the largest number of teachers. French language has been taught at our school since 2011. The teachers were chosen according to their needs and the main factor was the demands of the school. Chosen courses are the way how to improve the knowledge of foreign language in all language skills, understanding, conversation,fluency in speaking, extending European attitude to teaching with the stress on communicative approach, multicultural experience, exchanging ideas and new methods with the teacher´s from other countries. The teachers are very active makers of the projects,they organize competitions for other language schools which cooperate with us,they are involved into many school events in English and meet regularly to exchange their experience from their English lessons. The main interest of the school is to create a highly qualified team of professionals in language teaching who will teach mainly in foreign language and will build intercultural knowledge and itnroduce multicultural aspects to their students. The necessary part of the education in the courses will be developing of methodological skills using modern teaching methods including CLIL method which provides opportunities to study content through different perspectives and it helps to overcome problems with communication.The courses can diversify methods and forms of classroom practice.
