The applicant ( and sending) organization, Jules Verne School from Brasov, proposes to carry out the KA1 School Education Staff Mobility project, in partnership with Euneos, course provider organization from Finland. Jules Verne School from Brasov, the first private primary and secondary school in Brasov,offers a dynamic,creative and multicultural education. It caters for 75 students of different nationalities in a well-equipped, modern environment, with specific facilities for primary school education. The staff consists of 22 permanent members and 17 collaborators. The course provider, Euneos, is a private company in Finland. It has been activating in the field of education since 2005. The founders and the international collaborators provide different courses of teacher training in new , revolutionary fields through dynamic, interactive, tehnology based methods and instruments. The management plan of the school sets out the medium and long-term objectives regarding innovation in education and the development of the European dimension in terms of curriculum. The organizational development strategy includes the acces of European grants (Erasmus+), dissemination of project activities, products and methods, as well as ensuring sustainability. The proposed mobilities within the European Development Plan , which is part of the School Management Plan and Development Strategy, aim at: a)-Setting up a team of qualified innovation leaders; b)-Implementing high quality innovation projects; c)-The innovative approach of curriculum. d) Developing intercultural competences both at staff and students level. The 12 participants in mobilities will be teachers of all levels from Jules Verne School. Within Action A1, "Best practices Benchmarking" course, there will be 5 teachers, selected from the management team,heads of departments, team leaders for each level. Period: 6-10 October 2014, Helsinki, Finlanda. Within Action A2, "Tap-Swipe-Pinch""(The use of tablets in teaching) the 7 participant teachers of all levels will be divided into 3 flows: Flow 1 : 3 participants for "Tap-Swipe-Pinch" – General course .Period: 27-31 October 2014, Benalmadena, Spain Flow 2 : 2 participants for "Tap-Swipe-Pinch into MUSIC" -Period: 3-7 November 2014, Benalmadena, Spain. Flow 3: 2 participants for "Tap-Swipe-Pinch into English"- Perioada: 3-7 Novemeber 2014, Benalmadena, Spain. The 5 participants of "Benchmarking" will have to envisage long-term institutional strategy related to the evaluation of the educational process, the innovative approach of the curriculum and the internationalization of school. The 7 participants at the "Tap-Swipe -Pinch"(The use of tablets in teaching), approaching general culture, music and English , will be able to share their expertise and experience in the 3 above mentioned fields, and contribute widely to the digitalization of the learning process. Thus, the participants can train other members of staff , online and on-site. The monitoring and mentoring of the participants is both the responsibility of the sending and receiving organization. During the mobility , the school will carry out distance monitoring, and members of the project management team will keep in touch with the participants. The course provider will nominate the coordinators. They will provide logistic support to participants,present the necessary information for carrying out the course activities, guide, follow and evaluate the participants. The project is relevant for the participants’ professional and personal development. They will use the Europass Mobility Certificate in their further professional career. The school will integrate the innovation chapter in the school policy plan. It will set up a team of qualified innovation leaders with expertise, capable of cross-curricular approach in education. The team would implement innovation projects more efficiently and cooperate with many new European partners, met at the course. The applicant organization will exploit its own multicultural resources, and create promote European values within the school. Through the acquired mobility experience and the new contacts, there is the possibility for the school to develop new Erasmus+ projects. The applicant organization will be able to exploit better its own multicultural resources, and promote European values. The durability of the project will be achieved through the improvement of the educational services, the promotion of innovation and the internationalization of the school.
