EDUCAR HOY ES DIFERENTE, ES GLOBAL
Date du début: 1 juil. 2014, Date de fin: 30 juin 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

SURROUNDING: Our high school has begun a strong commitment towards its modernization and internationalization, with the transformation of our teaching to bilingual (Spanish-English or Spanish-French). That would not be possible without our teacher’s involvement in such a challenging experience: that is why our main aim, as teachers, is to get the skills required to improve the teaching-learning process. Only by taking part in immersion programs and specific training programmes we can get this goal, which will allow us to develop future multicultural projects. The main objectives of this Erasmus+ project: - To improve language learning and linguistic diversity in order to strengthen the “Bilingual French Section” and introduce a “Bilingual English Section” towards an education of higher quality. - To develop a culture of international learning. PARTICIPANTS: About the participants, the Erasmus+ Project is highly supported by the whole panel of teachers: nine Secondary teachers of our community are available and deeply interested in improving their professional profile in terms of mobility and languages. ACTIVITIES: As far as the activities are concerned, the participants will take part in specific courses according to their teaching fields and interests in order to improve the quality of the education offered by our high school. METODOLOGY: From a methodological point of view, we intend to organize our project according to the following schedule: • The start-up of the project will start with a first meeting: - to designate who the didactical and economical coordinators of this project will be. - to organize the timing of the activities (to assign tasks to each of the participants, to develop a web focused on informing all those interested in our project…) - to design curricula materials which could be useful during the development of the teaching courses • During the mobility: - depending on the course chosen, each group will be trained under different aspects. - there will be fluent communication with the high school and specially with the coordinators of the Erasmus+ project via e-mail, telephone… • After the mobility: - to share the results and the cultural experiences of the Mobility courses and follow-up - to assess the results of our teaching training programmes and ellaborate a report - to disseminate the project results - to plan a schedule of activities to put into practice with students IMPACT: The impact we hope to get after having taking part in an Erasmus+ project will affect different level in our community: educational community, local and regional areas as well as international environment. RESULTS: The results that we aimed at with this project are: 1. To improve language learning and linguistic diversity which will be accomplished by the need to communicate in other languages, mainly in English and French, improving their language skills. 2. To establish professional and educational relationships with members and individuals belonging to other cultural backgrounds. 3. To promote our high school in a more European environment. 4. To improve the quality of education in both bilingual and no-bilingual sections. LONG TERM AIMS: Finally, the long term aims will be: 1. To coordinate and organize exchange for both students and teachers 2. To help our high school become a multilingual school 3. To provide higher studies in foreign languages to a given group of students (A Level Students) 4. To let our teachers promote from a professional point of view (by improving their foreign language skills and others)
