After analyzing the needs of the center , it became clear that the center was to improve on two key points. Language training by teachers and a change in methodology in line with new trends. This training plan is designed to center around the cloister , since teachers participating in the mobilities , instruct teachers who have not participated in it. In our training plan contemplate conducting two training courses to improve and update teaching , which will be taught in English, teachers in these courses will receive theoretical and practical training. In addition, our project will perform a job- shadowing in School Beke college known for working for working with innovative methodology in the classroom. In our observation that teachers take notes using these techniques lecturers and how the classroom is organized. It will also direct observation of the theory received previous training courses . This project will achieve cause a change in the vision of our English teachers did , because from now on those who are not language specialists see this as a useful tool for communication and professional growth , and a methodological change in our center that will make our students better prepared to leave tomorrow for their future careers. We are aware that for a methodological change of this magnitude is necessary to have the entire educational community for both our project has to reach families , local educational institutions , inspection and organizations to collaborate with the center.
