EDU FOR ALL- Eine Strategie für die Einbeziehung von Gruppen in Bildungsprozesse

The strategy to be developed in the project is targeted such that satisfactory volumes ofeducational opportunities are accessible to citizens in rural areas or particular targetgroups threatened with social exclusion. A special form of participant access is used inthis instance, which takes the form of a highly promising group and organisation model.Organisations and groups that use educational work to implement their workingobjectives open up a valuable new area of activity to professional adult education, withnew locations for learning and new strategies for education. Experienced adulteducation tutors strengthen the structure and enhance the educational work of theseorganisations and groups, thus enabling them to reach out to significantly more citizensand involve them in the learning process.Experiences in educational work with these organisations and groups are used todevelop and document marketing strategies, which can be used selectively by channelswithin these organisations and groups to motivate the target group to learn. Thisstrategy links conventional success factors for approaching customers with particularopportunities resulting from group-related work (e.g. locations for learning, educationaldiversity). The main output of the project will be a manual, which will take the form of an actionmanual on how to attract and advise groups for educational work, as well as aninterview handbook for consultation meetings with group leaders. Workshops serve as“intermediary” and “additional” products, which bring together regional players ineducation and are supported by the organisation of self-managed learning processes.
