The project is prepared for 4 technical supervision workers, 4 automechanics, 10 rural tourism organizers, 12 manager assistants of trade companies, who get primary professional education. Direct goals 1. Create opportunities for 4 technical supervision workers, 4 automechanics, 10 rural tourism organizers, 12 manager assistants of trade companies of Kelme vocational school to have 4 weeks mobilities for practical training in Austrian, Turkish and Polish SVV companies in order to develop their knowledge, skills and competences, which will be assessed and accredited in sending organization. 2. Following the qualification programs for technical supervision workers, automechanics, rural tourism organizers, manager assistants of trade companies, prepare the qualification plan and the description of qualification with the assessment in the system of 10 points during the informal studies abroad. 3. Seek that ECVET serve the implantation of professional education quality inside the institution which would guarantee that the knowledge and skills, acquired during the professional training abroad, are transformed and acknowledged in sending organization. 4. Develop wide, creative and critical thinking, also positive thinking about professional and personal development. 5.Help participants understand successful use of modern technologies, ideas and methods, present new market services or improve the existing ones. 6. Introduce new ideas about SVV and their possible solutions to the students and help better understand the requirements raised for today‘s workers from their employers. 7. Prepare presentations „ ECVET use for students, sending institution and employers“ and present them in CDs. General goals 1. Stimulate the development of students‘ knowledge, skills and competences while joining the lifelong learning in Erasmus+ international mobility programs. 2. Widen and strengthen good quality cooperation among Lithuanian educational institutions and foreign business companies, where the main goal is to guarantee the highest quality. 3. Create conditions for the youth to assess the level of professional knowledge acquired in the vocational training institutions and help them understand their personal opportunities in labour market. 4. Enhance participants‘ understanding about Erasmus+ program, which helps to develop professional qualification and guarantees equal opportunities in labour market. 5. Improve language skills, social knowledge, skills and competences, spread inter-cultural experience. Project duration – 4 weeks in Austria, Turkey and Poland. During the project in EU countries and Turkey students will get practical profession knowledge. The project ideas will be analyzed, visits to business companies and vocational training institution will be organized, the materials for the preparation of final products and their dispersion will be discussed. Great attention will be given to students‘ cultural and language preparation abroad: the culture, customs , people; their attitude to business development of host countries will be introduced.
