The ECUANET project aims to establish and promote a cohesive and sustainable European transnational network for the discovery and dissemination of best practice based upon the professional management of the corporate academy intervention. Corporate Academies, included also Enterprise Academies, provide education and training within their parents organisations and are seen as the strategic route to improve business performance management, competitiveness and a workforce capabilities. By this way the project will provide access to a constantly evolving resource of knowledge and practical experience and give to economic organisations the mean to identify their needs and establish priorities for performance improvement. This project aims also at improving, by this way, the quality of and access to continuing vocational training. Results of the project will be the transnational network and the development of Corporate Academies amongst partner countries. Valorisation activities will be based on the pan European network developed by the project and will be represented by the use of the following tools and actions: ECUANET extranet web site, workshops and seminars, press releases to selected management, publications, meetings, events, marketing plan. The beneficiaries of the project will be academy planners, operational managers and their senior managers.
