The aim of this project is to initiate a first meeting in July 2014 and then exchanges on the long - term between thirty young people from Spain and France, aged between 13 and 18 years. The Spanish young people will come to France from 23 July to 1 August 2014 . This is the first time that the city of Bourgneuf -La-Forêt organizes a European exchange with young people from the town. Objectives : - Raising people's awareness regarding Europe's cultural diversity. - Creating a long-term link and relationship between young people from France and Spain - Integrating young Spanish and French people in the preparation and the organization of the project. - Proposing creative and interactive activities involving languages, new technologies, and cultural diversity. - Informing the young people and the partners about the mobility programs - Promoting this project outside and beyond the city of Bourgneuf -La -Forêt . After taking into account the motivations and opinions of the young people and Spanish leaders ( Association LasNinas Del Tul near Grenade ) and French leaders ( animation service of the municipality of Bourgneuf La-Forêt , near Laval) , the two organizations will help young people to develop together a program of activities around two mains topics : " art and culture" and " new technologies". Practical workshops will be offered to the youngsters. These workshops will enable young people to talk in French and in Spanish. Workshops will be prepared by the youngsters as every young people will have to be actor of the project and not "consumer" of the activities. The group leaders will help young people to prepare and animate some workshops, such as the common creation of a song in French and Spanish version, about the topic of citizenship or European exchanges. Other concrete actions will allow valuing young people before , during and after the stay : Workshops Webradio , photo and video , visit a museum ... With this approach and planned activities , we hope to create a real exchange that goes beyond a simple visit , since we have already planned a similar project in July 2015, with young French people who would go to visit young Spaniards , and a permanent link through social networks (Facebook, Skype ... ) and a common Webradio . The two planned exchanges will certainly make the young people want to discover more countries and cultures. They will be more confident to discover Europe : by studying, tranings, or doing individual mobility for learning purposes .
