Enable young French and Czech youth to enroll in an intercultural learning and solidarity , through an exchange project about games and sports activities ( library project aims , kinball ...). This project is based on the notion of exchange and mutual trust needed to explore conditions and understanding of a culture. Each individual involved in this project is an actor, in the sense that it feeds its abilities, appetites , needs this acquaintanceship . This project aims to enable young French and Czech youth to acquire attitudes and sensitive and curious behavior , a capacity for reflection on the environment , they may subsequently , operate in a social purpose with a European dimension . This project is for a period of one year to establish between the different actors , a lasting relationship of trust , which will during the actual meeting of the two groups , a "real intercultural encounter ." The project began in Fleury sur Orne in December 2013 (Phase meeting , constitution of project preparation time) . The youth exchange will take place from 11 to 19 July 2014 in the region of Zasada , northern Bohemia in the Czech Republic . It concerns young French 14 and 14 young Czech . These young people are college or high school students . Restitution phase will take place throughout the year-end 2014 ( exposure assessment , implementation of Czech games on the territory of Fleury sur Orne ) . The project takes place in three stages: preparation of the exchange by young people in each country, youth exchange in the Czech Republic , promotion of trade in both countries. Young Franco- Czech will be involved in all phases of the project, each will not work on all topics but the reports will be made ​​to have a comprehensive knowledge and all decisions are made ​​collectively. To achieve the objectives of this project , it is - To get young French and Czech youth to express themselves, to propose, to choose and decide to support them in the implementation of their project to empower and educate solidarity. The objective of the project from the point of view of the carrier association is to place young people in a dynamic project and citizenship education by implementing the necessary means for their involvement in all phases of the project. Through this experience the partners want to develop in young people a better mutual understanding , a willingness to learn about others , a spirit of cooperation , each can make to another vision of the world and the human in the world The notion of reciprocity is at the heart of this youth exchange project.
