This youth exchange is part of a global project aimed at providing young people in the City between 15 and 17 years to benefit from interactions with other young people from twin cities with the town of Savigny-le -Temple. For this, the Services Division for Youth works closely with the twinning committee of the city. So the first step of this project saw 10 young people with fewer opportunities Savigniens from one week to meet young people in the Spanish city of Iznalloz in the summer of 2015. With this first contact rich cultural openness and shared values, the foundation for a second meeting were raised in particular through the development of an educational activity program with these youth groups, validated and confirmed later by their Swedish and Romanian counterparts.We wish , in agreement with our partners in the twin towns of Iznalloz (Spain) , Comarnic (Romania ) and Tyreso (Sweden), welcoming 30 young people in these towns (10 per commune ) or 40 young people in the camp ( with the order to meet the target of parity) to consolidate and deepen the work initiated bases in the previous exchange between young French and Spanish . The objectives of this exchange are many.First, it is to create and offer a dynamic cultural and social openness to city youth , especially young people with fewer opportunities . We also wish to emphasize the knowledge and understanding of the construction and European citizenship and to create or strengthen a sense of belonging to the European community. It is also promoting access to autonomy through the management of a camp and a community living experience.All this will be characterized by a range of actions developed to meet these objectives (cultural visits , debate evenings ... ) . Particular attention will be paid to enhancing the experience for youth and by youth. Thus , a daily accompaniment will be proposed for the preparation of this Youthpass so that everyone can benefit from this experience.We hope that this project puts young people as carriers of information with their peers . In addition, they will also encourage a dynamic European and international mobility project accompanied by the Youth Information Office of the commune.Formal and formal refunds are planned in schools and through municipal events. This will complement the informal restitution via social networks and discussion among pairs.
