In this project will bring together young leaders, NGO members of the Polish, Ukrainian and France, whose fields of activity are consistent with the theme of the project, the number of 39 people. The main theme, the theme of the project is the potential for a better future for young people - in relation to countries which, by happy for them political decisions have the possibility of integration with the EU, as well as those that from a historical point of view, were less fortunate - Ukraine. In this context we will talk about the chances of young people in the labor market, the opportunities offered to them also deep European integration - EU programs promoting mobility, international cooperation, to help young people improve their qualifications. The main objective of the project is to exchange experiences and develop joint solutions that will enable young people to have in the future of work and hold the highest possible position. The project will also be a very good opportunity for the transfer of good practices between young people from countries with different levels of development - as the West French EU are the most highly evolved, UK - a developed and blessed boon membership in the EU, and finally Ukraine - which there is neither one nor the other and is mired in crisis. Scheduled work methods are based on non-formal education - will it workshops, discussions, group reflection, group work and debate. The immediate effect of the project is to increase awareness of European integration and practical knowledge - how to strengthen its position in the labor market. The project is part of the following priorities Erasmus Plus, in the context of activities aimed at young people: promoting social inclusion and well-being (the project is, among others, solving the problem of unemployment among young people, promoje health behaviors (through planned outdoor activities), raises awareness about . European Union citizenship, applied working methods involve developing basic and interdisciplinary skills, ie. entrepreneurship and multilingualism.
