The project aims to confirm the facts and dispel the myths! Each of us is different - it's a fact. But we believe that, despite the many barriers that exist between young people from different countries, there is a way to rise above every obstacle and find one common language. "Sport ? connecting people" we could say paraphrasing one slogan. Fact or Myth? That?s the question we want to answer during the project. Young people from distant countries in Sport will be looking for a common language. This is an area that does not need a lot of words and the excess of them can make it difficult to achieve the objectives. What matters is the commitment, determination and a big heart, that all of participants should present on our exchange. We aim to develop soft competences, social competences among all of the participants. They would have the opportunity to get to know more about or get interested in non-verbal communication through numerous workshops i.a. about sign language or public presentation. Youth from distant countries (Estonia, Georgia, Turkey, Italy, Greece and Poland) would meet in one place (Trzcianka) to motivate themselves and the local society to promote the healthy and active lifestyle! Each of nationalities would be represented by 5 participants and a leader ? totally 36 young people. During just a few days young Europeans would participate in interesting workshops, but not only: also they would meet local society what would give a touch of our polish culture and they would share theirs. Also about perceiving sports ? youth would show their national sports ? as well part of national culture. After the project participants would be wealth with experience and knowledge gained in workshops and through international group and intercultural learning among it. Each of us is different but we are all active!:)
