E3 - European Centre of Excellence for e-Learning
Turning Europeans into excellent e-Learners : A centre of excellence for e-Learning has been established. This provides a catalogue and a database of e-Learning resources, together with a variety of communication and information material. All of this is incorporated into a web portal. This project started in 2002 and lasted 36 months.
