Top quality E-learning for top quality management : The project has developed an E-Platform for postgraduate education in ICT applications. Due to the rapid developments in the world of ICT, management personnel need to be educated in this field. Yet they are reluctant to interrupt their careers to receive such training. This project allows users to acquire necessary skills at their own convenience and pace. This project started in 2002 and lasted 15 months.
