The project E-learning to learn EU - boosting staff skills in the field of e-learning and implementation of the EU projects will be implemented by the Euro Grant Konzalting, Croatian organization active in the field of education and counseling.The aim of the project is to improve competencies of two employees of the applicant organization in the field of preparation of the innovative e-learning training tools and acquisition of know-how from Poland and EU in the area of successful implementation of the projects co-financed by the grants from the EU. The tools that whill help tutor the final beneficieries (adult learners) how to successfully implement the EU projects. Acquisition of skills will be achieved through the organization of two short individual mobilities of participants - structured five-day courses on following topics: - Creating a E-learning training script- Conversion of E-learning training script into a scenario for e-learning trainingIn addition, the project participants will be involved in the preparatory activities that include linguistic preparation of business English, which will first be implemented in the form of combined training (blended learning): direct frontal lectures and multimedia exercises (with the help of e-learning platform for wich the access will be given from the Polish partner receiving organization). The aim of the preparatory language course is the harmonization of language skills of the participants. The language course will include learning vocabulary related to European funds, which are used in the program documents of the European Union.International cooperation and training within the project will be carried out by using traditional (lectures, exercises) and modern methods of teaching (by distance learning).The project involves partnership. Inforin Sp. z o.o., a non-profit business environment unit (business incubator) from Poland, will be the partner in the project that will perform the role of the receiving organization.Implementation of the project derives from the identified needs of the project participants. All persons involved in the project emphasized on the importance of improving knowledge, skills and competences in the field of implementation of modern forms of e-learning as well as to model the examples of good practices on the implementation of projects from the more experienced member states of the European Union. This is necessary for recognition of the applicant organization at the local, national and international levels.The main result of the project will be the development of competencies, knowledge and skills of staff of the sending organization. Indirectly, as a result of the implementation of this training mobility, the project envisages the creation of a comprehensive e-learning course on the implementation of EU projects.Achieving these results will have an impact on the participating organizations, project participants and end-beneficiaries of trainings inteded for adults.The benefits that will Euro Grant Konzulting staff have from participating in the project: a chance for professional development thanks to the acquired knowledge and the ability to run a team who will be focused on the creation of quality e-learning content on EU funding subjects; the possibility of advancement within the structure of the organization.Implementation of the project will have a positive impact on the development of the organization.
