Most of the social agents, politicians and professionals who work in the sector of training and employment in European projects have a specific need in language competences related to this area. Although they start from different levels of education, they all have the need to use English in this official and multicultural field. The focus of the project is to develop strategies to make it possible for organisations and professionals to take up English courses. There is also a matter of identifying the needs in communication as well as to develop suitable self training and learning tools. But the project will also construct an e-platform for the partners to exchange knowledge and experiences. The validation of the communication competences and transfer the self training tools to other professionals is also part of the project.
