Diagonal España is an association committed to the inclusion of groups with special needs, mainly with young deaf people, a group that finds many barriers in participating in such activities, either by the barriers of communication and information that limit participation, or the limited supply of inclusive activities in which these young people can participate on equal terms with young listeners. The theme we have chosen, combining "gastronomy" and new technologies such as "e-learning", have made this project has been an accessible project for deaf people and an opportunity for young listeners who have acquired knowledge and skills to approach a group that has other needs as well as we expected when we design the project. Our intention was also to foster creativity and entrepreneurship of our young people to direct their gaze to a more accessible future. There have been a total of 69 participants from all activities. The emphasis has been the participation of young people with fewer opportunities, participation of young deaf and has tried to achieve equity in gender. The activities were the following: 1. MEETING CONTACT. It was a moment of encounter between the partners associations to share ideas and clarify all logistical and content aspects of the activities. It took place in Granada. 2. Youth Exchange. Time when young deaf and hearing were able to share experiences, learn their cultures and traditions, show off their culinary skills, teamwork, eliminate communication barriers, break stereotypes and, ultimately, actively participate in all activities being them the main protagonists. During the exchange carried out a number of activities in which young people were active in all times. practical and creative workshops, role playing, lectures and debates, cultural visits, active participation in local events, energizers, and there were moments for intercultural encounter and moments for daily evaluation were performed. This activity took place in Greece, on the island of Lefkada, and was dynamised and coordinated by the Greek partner Solidarity Tracks. 3. TRAINING COURSE. It was the time to the acquisition of specific skills. It was linked to the previous activity, because they were put into practice some of the activities already carried out in the previous exchange, and also worked on the issue of accessibility. The main theme was ICT, as it has learned to create an accessible course in a Moodle platform, following the topic thread of gastronomy and cuisine. visits and workshops both on the subject of gastronomy, ICT and entrepreneurship were made. A participatory methodology was used at classroom level, and at virtual level, using the tools of non-formal education and ICT necessary for that purpose. During the implementation of each activity activities in which young people themselves were the protagonists in the learning process, taking into account the importance of collaborative learning, cultural exchange, active participation, inclusion and creativity as essential elements they were designed in the whole process. It was attended by interpreters professional sign language in all activities and ensuring access to all information and serving as a bridge of communication between all those involved in the project to ensure the inclusion of deaf youth. The results matched the expected, such as knowledge of the deaf community, the use of new technologies and design a course e-learning, creativity and inclusive skills. The project has been an added value for both young deaf and listeners, as for the associations they represent. They have generated new ways of sharing knowledge in an accessible manner allowing anyone interested to access to knowledge and experiences of young people. Both in local communities and in all the partnerships at local and regional level there has been a positive impact, they can contact the needs and social initiatives elsewhere. We believe there has been an added value for associations to introduce new models and concepts of training, introducing the idea of the importance of accessibility to information and communication for deaf people, and that will mean long-term benefits.
