TERMINÉ
The project "Today foreign internship - tomorrow dream job" was executed in the period from 31 December 2014. until 30 December 2015 by "PROFESSION" Vocational Training Centre by Iwona Wi?nik. The main aim of the project was to create conditions and opportunities for the professional development for students of Schools OKZ PROFESSION through the implementation of the two-week internships at foreign
enterprises. The project was focused on students of Junior High School adoptive in branches to work and on students ofVocational School OKZ PROFESJA schools in Radom and Zvolen education in Profession: hairdresser, cook, baker, salesman, mechanic, motor vehicles and fitter building and finishing works in construction. There were 16 people recruited to participate in the project recruited - a group of young people, and 4 people constituting a reserve. Participants were students who was working as young workers within the framework of agreements signed with employers worked apprenticeship for a particular job or education their chosen profession. Before leaving for international internships youth pursued linguistic preparation, professional, cultural and pedagogical - law. Preparatory classes began with 17 August 2015 - 50-hour Italian language course. In the next Order, the youth participated in a 9-hour preparation of matters concerning a particular profession, 2-hour preparation cultural, and 2-hour preparation of pedagogical - psychological and law. Youth mobility lasted 14 days and internships were carried out in the period from 28 September 2015. until 9 October 2015. in Rimini Italy. Students Schools OKZ "PROFESSION" they realized foreign placements enterprises in the catering industry, hairdressing, trade and the services of mechanics and construction. Completed internships made it possible to familiarize students with new technologies, techniques and working methods, and then implemented them and used in practice. Learning new skills, discover a new culture, enriched their knowledge, strengthened the motivation to work and study in the field of learning throughout his life. With years' service to foreign students won key competences, which made it become more attractive employees, developing their professional mobility, sought by employers. Also they have won language skills strangers, including speaks Italian and English. Pupils understood that acquiring new skills "non-routine" and
competence will allow them to use their existing capabilities. Improving skills in a foreign language, enabled participants to prepare for professional occupation adapted to the requirements of EU countries.
Partner in the Project was the Italian company Sistema Turismo srl forming part of the ETN Group, which has extensive experience in organizing such projects. Partner was responsible for support organization associated with the staying in Rimini. Youth and caregivers provided lodging, meals, transportation, and 24-hour support and monitor projects implemented internships. A nice touch summarizing the implementation of the two-week internships abroad in Rimini Partner was to organize the gala dinner for the participants, carers and representatives of the sending organization held monitoring visit. Dinner was an opportunity to reflect both the Partner and students participating in internships, carers and representatives of monitoring mobility. Expected and achieved a successful outcome of the project was to integrate
Professional participants enrolled in various professions, students acquired the ability to work not only in their own professional group. The creation of proper interpersonal relationships strengthened the participants respect for people working in other professions, as well as allowed they open up to the multicultural environment. Implementation professional experience already at this stage it easier for students to move from into employment and increase their skills allowed language. For many people, it was the only way to gain foreign experience and knowledge of the culture of another country. Active support offered by the project contributed to preventing early school leaving and combating failure education. Thanks to the acquired skills and knowledge increased students' qualifications, which will certainly help them in the future the functioning of the labor market. The experience has been confirmed by certificates of completion of the placement of foreign and Europass Mobility. In the longer term the project will
contribute to reduce unemployment and increase mobility through professional young people.
