The project "Today foreign practice–tomorrow the professional success" carried out from 11.2016 to 10.2018, predicts undergoing for 4 weeks the professional practice in Spain in Walancja for 5 groups of participants. In total, 45 students will participate in a project (every of groups will go for practice with the carier) ZS No. 2 CKU in Pyrzyce from current first and second professional technician classes , studying in the profession: - I and II TPS Automotive technicians – 12 students- I TI – information technology technicians - 8 - I and II TŻiUG nutrition and catering services technicians - 13 - I and II TH hotel industry technicians- 12 Participants will be selected on the basis of testing English language skills, the average score of the vocational subjects, the assessment of the behavior and opinion of the educators . Before going to Spain, students will take part in pedagogical, cultural and linguistic workshops expanding their knowledge about the life and work of the residents partner’s country.The project need:The project results from low attraction of places, in which according to existing directions of the vocational training at the school, young people can do practice on the European level. 85% of ZS No. 2 CKU students live in villages, often former state farms and if they choose the place of the vocational practice they are guided by a distance from the place of living rather than their level. That is why they often choose single garages, canteens, fast food restaurants or roadside motels which aren't fulfilling European standards. Therefore, students do not have the possibility of effective usage of theoretical and practical knowledge gained in classes in school and deepen it in real environment working conditions. Even worse is the practical usage and broadening the skills of a professional foreign language. This results in a lack of motivation of students for „healthy” competition in the pursuit of success. A completely different behavior is noted among project participants of mobility. They show more interest and activity in each of the above-mentioned teaching sphere. After discussions with parents, students and teachers decided to set about to the next project. Its realization results from the need of the most effective usage of knowledge and skills aquired at school and deepening them according to the European standard.Objectives:The main objective is preparing students effectively for professions in the fields TPS, TI, TH, TŻiUG and the effective functioning on the European labor market.The specific objectives are:1. Selection of practices and employers who equip students with the training skills that will be considered later on the European labor market.2. Increasing the ability of foreign language usage by students and their motivation for learning. 3. Strengthening and developing the image of the school in the opinion of the local community as an active and dynamic - using the latest organizational tools and thus presenting vocational education as an attractive and forward-looking.4. Stimulation of creativity, openness and tolerance to new cultures.The results achieved by the students:1. Obtaining additional skills are impossible to achieve in the country;2. Improving language skills especially vocational English and the basic of Spanish ;3. Increasing mobility and the chances on European and national labor market;4. confirming in convincing about the benefits of the knowledge of English language giving a chance on the European labor market;5. Obtaining new prospects for employment in the domestic labor market as an opportunity for the development of the own region;6. Educating appropriate attitudes: the activation of entrepreneurship, competitiveness, self-reliance, openness, tolerance, facilitating appropriate interpersonal communication necessary for practicing trained profession abroad and coping with unusual situations;7. Increasing of competence in the independent and effective decision-making;8. Education of self-organization and teamwork skills and strengthening the self-esteem;9. Getting the knowledge about the history, culture, living conditions, resting and working of inhabitants in Spain;10. Getting Europass Mobility confirming the professional experience in the CV, facilitating taking up work in EU countries;11.
