Taekwondo is a Korean martial art originated in antiquity .Unscrew is nowadays the most popular Olympic combat sport, taekwondo is practiced by millions of people world.But there are several directions in which develops, namely racing, demonstration and defense. The main objective of the project through the philosophy of Taekwondo to enable young people- youth workers, innovative way to acquire knowledge and skills with the help of the Eastern culture refracted and presented with a European vision. Highlights will be focusing on philosophy and art as part of the sport, as a window to new dimensions and innovative approach to involve more young people in the labor market by accumulating real skills and thus more opportunities. Exchange of best practices between different sports knowledge, best practices that will be shared during the project will make it possible to find alternative methods to combat youth unemployment by creating opportunities for self-employment and youth employment through art.Many young people nowadays they are facing difficulties and struggling to find their place in life. In a rapidly changing world, young people need to be prepared and ready to be adequate in the labor market. In this way young people can play a key role in the development and implementation of other youths. Project "Ji DO Kwan - Youth workers in sport" is the training of youth workers, which will be held from January 03 to 10 2016. It will involve 70 young people from seven countries Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece, Russia, Moldova, Ukraine , Lithuania and Belarus.
