The intensions of our institution are given in its name “rainbow school” which refers to an ability to offer and transmit a wide range of “coloured” activities in relation to education in the school or outside the school. Unfortunately, focusing on efficiency, it is not possible without our activities being supported by the European Union. In the past we used to keep several contacts with our partners abroad, but these were created only for a narrow group of teachers and students because of lacking of skilled human resources and an ability to join more people into the project. It´s expected to strengthen our employees’ skills in order to have a convenient impact on our learners. Our activities lay in random connections with our foreign partners. Only individuals have worked on an appropriate task so far, but moreover separately, that´s why only isolated results have been introduced. It should be changed with help of this project in future. We would like to establish a team to be in charge of our activities towards cooperation with our foreign partners and to monitor a general standard of language teaching. We would like to prioritize contemporary trends in teaching in order to extend learners´ knowledge without adding significantly more lessons for language teaching. We are thinking of our students‘ educational exchanges, e-twinning, CLIL and usage of e-learning environment moodle. Therefore, it is essential to have a flexible and creative experienced team. These can be learnt only through certified courses and activities in the target language abroad. It is even necessary with regard to our partnership to a Finish, German and Polish partners to establish a kind of team with a purpose to maintain appropriate contacts. Firstly, there will be chosen adequately skilled English teachers without tiny experiences with an environment of foreign schools. These teachers could attend extra methodology courses abroad in concordance to team´s requirements. Four English teachers would be needed. Secondly, the team would be completed by other experienced teachers of various subjects – 2 for natural science, 2 for social studies. A completed number of persons would be 8 members. There are following points to set off the target:1. CLIL in teaching – intense implementation of CLIL in more than three subjects so far. It is intended to teach in 8 subjects.2. Public language courses and training for certified exams – English teachers implement their new methodology procedures for public language courses and during the preparation for certified exams. These courses are actually in charge at school but they can be enhanced after attending courses and some training abroad. 3. Language skills increase – increasing of communication skills for teachers of technical and social subjects who are lower skilled in English. Team´s meeting will take part after finishing of all activities, evaluation and results presentation. The team is going to make a working plan and put following steps into practice.
