Our school is only school about art in our city (Osmaniye). Because of this reason, making some innovative activities is very important for our school's mission and for developing our vison in our city. So we decide to prepare a common work about theather or musical theatre with our music and art departments. But our teachers need inservice trainings about this work. They need to observe and learn new techiques and ways of acting on stage in other countries and then they will be able to prepare a musical theatre and show this work in our city to other schools , students and then people of our city. There are 10 teachers (from different branches) who will participate in this project. Teachers of English will be able to see their language capacity in international area with this project, and they will be able to use their new abilities for making their lessons more enjoyable and colorful. Music teachers will be able to meet foreing colleagues and learn different experiences from them. And also with this project, they will have a chance to compare music education in Turkey with foreing countries' music education . Literature teachers by this project will see how they can choose a literature production for performing in international area. Art teachers will be able to learn how they can prepare a theatre stage or how actor or actress get ready for their roles. Information and communication technologies will be able to learn how technical needs use in a theatre stage (light or voice system). They will learn how all these equipments work and use for which purpose. We hope that with these kinds of works, we can present our school and city at national area too. Our students are coming our school for taking education in art or music, but we know that they are hunger of learning other types of art. İnside of our students some of them want to make career at cinema or theather. With this project, our target is to guide these kind of students for their future plans . Because of these reasons, our project is very important for us to represent a play. Our teachers need education and a chance to make observation for this kind of work in a course. With this exprience, we believe that our teachers will teach and guide the students in right ways. For making prepations, firstly we will make arrangements for courses, courses places, concepts and dates. We will use internet for communications and mail as a second step we will make arragements for accommodation for travel. We will make searches for the history and geographical place and climate of those countries. Third step is making travel insurance for all participants. Using internet for arranging the reservations of the tickets and using e-booking for accommoditions. İf there is need for vaccination, everyone will be vaccinated. For courses in United Kingdom we will apply Worldbridge’s Office in Gaziantep for visas. As for dissemination activities, we will prepare a web-site, we will use facebook or twitter to generalize our project. But our decion is presenting our play in our campus and then in our city for this reason we will give out broshures and invitations for our play. By presenting a musical play, our first target group is our students .With this interesting work they will get new experiences in school if our work is in English, it will help their second language learning improve. They will see English courses can be very enjoyable by playing a drama or musical play. The second target group is other students,in the Kampus,as İ said before our school is in a large area that contains important high schools of Osmaniye for example Osmaniye Fen Lisesi ,Osmaniye Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi ,Osmaniye Sosyal Bilimler lisesi and Merkez Anadolu lisesi.These schools dormotories are in the same place too.these students have to study their lesson very hard.But they need some facilities that make feel them pleasure,our project(drama or musical theatre) help them to feel pleasure too. The last target group is people of our city. Because they dont have many opportunities to watch theatre or musical theatre like our project so our aim is helping them to give that chance.We will prove that our school is the leader art school of Osmaniye..
