Date du début: 30 oct. 2015, Date de fin: 29 juin 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

This project will bring together youth workers (both experienced and inexperienced) and young people from Portugal, Poland, Turkey ,Spain, Albania, Serbia,Italy, Georgia, Ukraine and Azerbaijan to learn how to develop their own youth mobility projects in KA1 and gain trust in reliable partners. By the end of the project, they will know what to do and how to do it and they will engage in workshops and activities such as walk in the park and footsteps to success which will result in a range of project ideas to be discussed and developed. It is hoped that a number of future projects will be developed as a result of this activity (and this has happened in the past in our experience). There will be team building activities such as city walk and blindfold in the woods where participants will become familiar with each other and gain trust in one another and a number of intercultural and Portugal cultural activities which will gain further trust and knowledge of each other and our customs. The teaching elements on how to develop their own projects will be done with a range of fun, interactive workshops and presentations. It will form them into groups of varying knowledge and experience and then test their understanding of what they have learned (such as the treasure hunt game in which they have to demonstrate their learning). By the end of the project, they will have gained knowledge on how to develop their own projects, new trustworthy partners and have a range of project ideas that they will plan to develop at the following deadline. Most countries will bring a leader or trainer and a young person with fewer opportunities and when they return to their countries they will multiply what they have learned and given encouragement and support to groups to make their own projects as well as having a variety of workshops and activities that they have learned to use in their own projects in the future. Participants see examples of good projects, learn about preparing and managing budgets, learn about identifying and quantifying outputs and outcomes and how to deal with the ethics of Project creating. The implementation phase includes the training course for the young participants in order to share and develop activities, ideas and experiences about these main topics, focusing on benefits and improvements and by using the technique of “learning by doing”. Participants will specifically learn about Erasmus Plus, putting an Erasmus+ fundraising proposals together and having a successful Erasmus+ project from proposal to final report. This will also be part of stimulating, encouraging and facilitating the building of real and active collaboration and partnerships for future Erasmus projects. The project will also seek to showcase and disseminate a number of informal learning techniques and exercises that can be simulated in frontline youth projects as well as other training courses.
