The project “Professional experiences the key to success” puts into practice European Internationalization Strategy of The Assembly of Electronic High Schools in Rzeszów (ZSE). The main aim of the project is maintaining and raising the level of professional education by continuing, consolidating and broadening international cooperation with European institutions for professional education and companies. This cooperation involves mainly practical training periods for students as well as exchanging experiences and raising professional competitions by the teaching staff.The project aims at increasing job opportunities of our graduates on local and European labour market by education and experiences acquisition as well as forming social and professional attitudes in European dimension.As a part of project’s fulfilment 80 students of ZSE educating themselves in professions of electronic technician and IT technician will have their 3-week professional training period in three European countries and Turkey. Students will have their professional training in groups of 20 people with accompanying teachers. In Portugal and Sweden the trainings will be held in well-known Centres for Professional Training as follows:• Centro de Formação Profissional da Industria Eletronica (CINEL) in Lizbon, Portugal (Novebmer 2016) with Casa de Educado• Stiftelsen Utbildning Nordkalotten in Övertorneå, Sweden (February 2017),In Turkey the training will be held in vocational school Ostim Mesleki Egitim Merkezi Mudurlugu in Ankara. Finally, in Italy the training will take place in well-functioning companies in Brescia (April 2017). In Italy the professional training will be organized in cooperation with an experienced mediatory institution called Mistral in S PC Service, Geko.NET, NUVIDEA IIS Astol, IIS Astolfo Lunardi. I.I.S.Support for professional development of our teaching staff will be implemented by 5-day experience exchange. In the aforementioned exchange 12 teachers will take part and they will also attend training courses in a type of “job shadowing” in the centre for professional training for electric industry, energy, telecommunications and informatics – CINEL in Portugal (July 2017) where previously Polish students will have their professional training.Many actions in the course of project will rely on experiences gained in previous EU projects and fruitful direct cooperation with our partners in Portugal, Sweden and Turkey. New partners in the project will be Italian companies and institutions.The main actions are:- tight cooperation with foreign partners in preparing and carrying on professional trainings, language trainings and cultural preparations during trainings, organizing students stay, monitoring, evaluating, certificating and publicizing results- selection of beneficiaries, cultural and linguistic preparation of the participants before their practical training- selection of beneficiaries, content-related and organizational preparation of teachers before their departure- fulfilling foreign training of the students and teachers according to the prepared schedule- current monitoring and actions control- validation and certification of teachers and students achievements gained on the project- evaluation of the training period and the whole project- wide publicizing of the results and their implementation.Expected results:- gaining professional experience, improving adaptational skills, gaining abilities, professional, linguistic and social competence by 80 students of ZSE in European dimension by doing cultural and linguistic preparations and professional training confirmed by obtaining Europass Mobility documents and other certificates- professional development of 12 ZSE teachers in Portugal, improving their professional and linguistic competence confirmed by Europass Mobility and other certificates- minimizing discrepancies between systems of vocational education existing in our school and systems used by cooperating educational institutions and companies in Portugal, Sweden, Italy and Turkey by implementation of European system of transferring professional achievements ECVET- improving level of education of ZSE, enabling students to lead their own businesses and being competitive on European labour market- raising attractiveness of professional training and improving rating rank of ZSE in our country and abroad- deepening the cooperation of ZSE with well-functioning partnership organizations in Europe.The results of the project will be hand down to other educational institutions in Poland and abroad among the others by publications in newspapers and on websites, presentations during recapitulate meetings and conferences.
