The aim of this project is the growth of the quality of education through the improvement of the relation among the school, students and their parents. In order to get the chance of proper upbringing of the pupils, of their development, of keeping the human values in them, a good school has to find the way to communicate and cooperate with parents. High quality of education is mainly: a dialogue with the pupil, his/her parents, teachers as well as all the people interested in the work of school, reaching the individual need of the pupil, perceiving the teacher as the person bringing the pupils up and also recognize the partnership of the parents in the actions of every educational institution. The problem of effective communication among people in today`s world is vital. Interpersonal communication between a teacher and student certainly has the impact on the process of education. Efficient communication is the basic social skill. Proper communication allows to reach mutual understanding, thanks to this we learn how to express ourselves, have the influence on different things and solve the problems. The exchange of information enables development, and the lack of sentences people to loneliness and alienation. Communicative competences that we can gain thanks to the participation in this project (being a wide system of pedagogical skills) may decide on the quality of education at school and on the effective communication with children and teenagers as well as with their parents. The predicted result is gaining the skills which play a significant part in relations with others, such as: - the skill of recognising the emotions of other people - the skill of empathic understanding of other people - the skill of being tolerant as far as the distinctiveness is concerned - the skill to see the needs of others - the ability to see the strong points - the ability to see the situations from the point of view of the other person - the ability to respect others and unconditionally accept others - the skill to solve problems, to help and to cooperate The ability to interpret, explain and comment on the facts and statements is very important. The basis of pedagogical skills is also the knowledge of the teacher about the student, school, reactions in the interpersonal sphere, meaning the sphere of good communication, solving problems in the students` groups, skill of effective cooperation in school with parents and local inhabitatnts as well as the ability to help student aslo in his/her development. Thanks to the participation in this project we hope to broaden our educational competencies such as: - the ability to receive the information - the aquaintance of problems present and ability to place them - the ability to communicate - the ability to communicate in an empathic way
