Doskonalenie nauczycieli osób dorosłych - szansa i nowe wyzwanie dla ŚCDN.
Date du début: 1 oct. 2014, Date de fin: 30 sept. 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project: „In-service training of teachers of adults – an opportunity and a new challenge for Swietokrzyskie In-service Teacher Training Centre will be carried out by a part of the teacher-consultants and specialists from the provincial centre of in-service teacher training in Kielce. The demographic situation of Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship, where the number of pupils at schools is falling and the school workplace in Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship is dwindling, has been the reason for making this project. Teachers who want to stay in the labour market and be professionally active, must acquire new skills, e.g. an ability to work with adult learners, because an interest of teachers and employers themselves is growing in this sector (among other things, work as a moderator in the local community). As a in-service training centre we want to prepare a special offer for teachers who work or will work in this field of education. First of all, our new offer will concern the field of andragogy, especially work organization with adults, methodology/didactics, ICT in working with adult learners, specificity of e-learning and/or blended learning classes, psychology (including motivation and burning oneself out). In the project, we anticipate skill-sharing and learning from the best trainers, specialists, i.e. those who have experience in the field of teaching adults to make our teacher-consultants and specialists perfect their skills and acquire new knowledge in this field. We think that our partner (University in Chichester) meets our expectations. The implementation of mobility will contribute to achieve an objective of the programme, that is development of our competences within preparation of an innovative offer for a new type of customer. Project participants will draw up programmes of training, which will include the examples of good practices which will be observed in the UK.
