The aim of the project Do not judge a book by its cover, 25.10.-05.11.2016 in Oravská Polhora is to bring together a group of young people aged 16 to 25 years with impaired communication ability - a group of stuttering intact - nezajakavej population. These young people will be over 12 days in beautiful Orava work on your speech and presentation skills through non-formal education. There will also be professional guarantors - speech therapist and psychologist. Together we look at the specifications of communication with people with speech problems, as well as the specifics of intercultural communication. They will present their culture and through creative and outdoor activities will change their attitude toward tolerance and understanding. This is a pilot project with a given target group and we firmly believe that, if successful, will be implemented further projects aimed at young people with fewer opportunities because of speech and communication barriers.
