Dobre praktyki - lepsza praca - lepsza przyszłość
Date du début: 1 juin 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The main goal of the project “GOOD EXPERIENCE/APPRENTICESHIP – BETTER JOB - BETTER FUTURE”, which is addressed to the students of ZST, is to improve their vocational qualifications, mainly in the field of practical skills, to master their interdisciplinary and soft skills and to improve their learning motivation as well as to develop their foreign language competence. The possibility to visit Spanish schools, workshops and companies will allow our students to increase knowledge and improve the skills they have already gained in the subjects of development and operation of Ports and Terminals, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics and Automotive Engineering . These goals can be achieved thanks to highly qualified Spanish teaching staff and well equipped workshops. For our students, the possibility to socialize and cooperate with Spanish peers, and to experience life within the Spanish culture will also be a great opportunity for their personal development. What is more, teenage students who take part in the exchange program/apprenticeship set a wonderful example for their colleagues. They show how to fulfil personal dreams and ambitions. They are the driving force behind other students’ growth. The participants of the project perceive the exchange program as a great challenge with many benefits for those who want to cooperate and succeed. The important outcome of this project is gaining knowledge and work experience abroad, which offers opportunities not only to individual participants but to all students, particularly those who need some encouragement and help in learning. It also helps students to continue their higher vocational education at universities and colleagues or to find a job in their profession . The project not only supports personal development of students, but also their ability to create and adopt a fundamental European model of an open and friendly attitude towards opinions and views of other people.
