The main aim of the project "Do your projects smarter, faster and easier - tips for international IT project management" is to improve the quality of the partnership and international project management through the knowledge of relevant applications and IT tools. The main activity of the project is training to be held in Lodz on 07-13.02.2015 In the training will participate 21 participants and two trainers from 6 countries. They will be persons acting in their organizations as project coordinators or leaders. Through learning to use these tools to learn how to improve the quality of cooperation with various people involved project through the use of IT tools. We will learn specific tools IT and computer applications (Excel, Trello) support the active involvement of participants and partners in the project. An important element will be to learn the practical use of Social Media and a discussion of their wise use in youth work. We will create a scenario of using the media during youth activities. The result of our work will be material to help us and other coordinators use these tools wisely at equal stages of project management. Thanks to the skill of training and participation in the process of dissemination, organizations improve the quality and efficiency of their work internationally, as well as the possibility of visibility and impact in the local community.
