Do reforço das lideranças escolares à inovação na sala de aula

The Alcanena Group of Schools is an educational organization, which assumes as principle the continuous improvement, so it has strengthened improvement action plans through initiatives for innovation and educational use of ICT, aimed at improving student success and reducing dropout.In this sense, it is urgent to transform the space of the classroom, sometimes too traditional, in another space, with other languages among which the digital is present.Aiming at motivating our students, we want to create an innovative classroom as stipulated in our educational project and training plan that include the development of skills of our human resources in an integrated training, reinforced by investment in this internationalization project. The careful selection of participants as well as the participation of a significant number of teachers and staff (about 30) responsible for the middle management structures ensure an effective dissemination of skills acquired and increased impact of training activities.The demand for partnerships, especially using the eTwinning, will find the appropriate links to those outlined goals. We believe that the dissemination plan, already described, which provides an internal and external component will be effective for monitoring the various formations that will multiply to spread the developed learning.As to sequencing and different stages of project preparation, they will be accompanied by a section of the pedagogical council, specifically in charge of educational development projects under the presence and ongoing supervision of direction.This project seeks to improve the skills of our professionals, trying to meet their specific needs, to enhance their intervention in different educational settings in linguistic, social and cultural terms.Thus, the promotion of innovative teaching practices, the quality of intervention strategies on the different fields of teaching and learning are also a project goal.On the organizational level, it is important to know how to watch to collect information from other paradigms of management and direction or gather valuable experiences, which can be replicated in the educational context of our organizationThe project will value our human resources with a formal acknowledgment of the respective skills acquired in the European context, benefiting from a framework and potential wealth much higher. This recognition favors also the promotion of this organization in cross-cultural space of Europe, and we expect the results to be obtained have a significant impact on organizational structures of the group, either by improving the practices of the participants disseminated by the rest of the community _ ( the organizational and pedagogical-didactic level) or by producing regulations and reference documents.
