The basic objective of the project is to implement a three-week internship abroad in Budapest, Hungary in two trips:1. in October 2016 for 9 students from the study field- tourism2. in April 2017 for 10 students from the study fields- promotional graphics and art design (7 students)- interior design (3 students)The students of these disciplines have only limited opportunities to gain practical skills in vocational training and this project would enable them to develop already acquired knowledge with the teachings of the international working environment.The students would be able to work in an international environment and thus acquire unique expertise in various fields. They would expand the already acquired skills and habits in their fields, they would get familiar with the work ethics of the country. Within the framework of cultural programs they would learn about the history of Hungary, they would acquire new knowledge about the historical attractions of Budapest. Would gain knowledge about the terminology of their fields and develop communication skills by interacting with co-workers, supervisors, guests.The specific objective of the project is to enable the target group to acquire or deepen professional knowledge and practical skills and competencies:1. in the field of hotel services - customer care, operations and logistics, hotel operations and front office operations, planning and management of individual sections as well as the use of information technology for these activities2 of catering services - food preparation and culinary specialties, operation and logistics, food safety system (HACCP)3. in the field of food and beverages - planning and management services, serving food and drinks, preparation of various opportunities for dining, serving food, preparation and serving of coffee (baristika), modern dining using elements of international cruisine, new trends preparation and serving mixed drinks4. in additional services, animation - their place and importance in the offers of hotel services, creativity, planning and implementation of animation activities and adventure tourism5. in advertising graphics - professional competencies and skills in the following areas: DTP (Desktop Publishing) and prepress, graphic 2D design, Typography, traditional graphic techniques, figural drawing, painting techniques, book design and illustration, and practical experience with the following Management Software: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator6. in advertising design - Design and deal with interior and exterior architecture in areal and spatial design. Appropriate use of control programs and use them to realize the aims of art. Control working with color, decor relationship and volume control of variable technological processes in creating art work, control the basic rules for working with simple graphics systems, control and use technical terminology in advertising design. Know skills work in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw and alternative and Corel PhotoPaint7. In the area of interior design - technical drawing, logo design, graphic design application into a three-dimensional object, space, spatial object and its incorporation into the interior.Other objectives of the project are:- Developing personal competencies- Developing language competences- Developing social skills- Developing team work- Learning about a new culture, traditions and customs- Adaptation of students- Developing ingenuity of students in problem situations- Developing students' responsibility- Greater success in the labor market- Creating a European standard and higher quality vocational education
