Our school, situated in the edge of the city (Kortrijk) has a very divers public. Every year we choose a priority to focus on. This year this pri(ority is the M-decree that obliges us to take actions to keep all children in normal schools. The diversity grows in schools. We already took several steps, but there are still a lot of questions about organisation, approach and evaluation.We hope to find some solutions in a broader context to improve our schoolquality.The predefined goals arise from those needs.After the course we want to try out a different form of organization in the school and the classes. We will try out and inform our colleagues about new and addapted methods to empower the teachers and to help the children to learn better . We also want to focus on our evaluation policy, improve it and addapt it to a very divers public.Not every teacher wants to take part in the mobility, but it is open for those who want to.Because of the feasibility, a good bottom-up implementation (and not top-down), we would like to participate with 6 persons. The final selection we will make out of the group of volunteers, will be based on their role in the disseminationproces and their expertise. The decision will be taken transparently, consulting the core team and will be communicated to everyone of the schoolteam. We already included the themes of the course in our schoolpriorities. Shortly after the approval of the project, we will make the final selection of participants. By doing this, we can start a proper preparation on the content and the course language. From the beginning of the course we will spend a lot of time and energy in internal dessemination. During the mobility, there will be a educational seminar to prepare the teachers in our school, working arround the themes of the course.During the mobility we will get a lot of information, but we will also use active methods and shared learning. The project is based on trying out new insights, little experiments, visits in eachothers classrooms, co-creation . That way the dissemination will have an important impact.During the projectyear the knowledge of inclusion, diversity and schoolquality will noticibal improve . We will deduce that out of the new methods/workformats who will be used as first in an experimental way and then disseminated by co-teaching in the whole school. The external dissemination will be monitored by the impact it has during the discussions in the networks where the school is participating in. In a long term base, the own qualitysystem will have a clear impact on the schoolquality. This will show in a stronger integration of inclusionmethods and the schoolpolicy concerning diversity.
