Young people, living in the target area will be educated how to live as a citizen, how to fulfill the obligations of the citizenship. Their social and life management competencies (communication, critical thinking, problem solving) will be developed in order to enable them to work together in a team, to reach socially and economically useful goals. Educators, not only as teachers, but as community leaders, will help young people and due to the new roles and challenges, they will be motivated to work with young people with much of enthusiasm. Popularization and familiarization of volunteering among students and educators. Expected Results: Estimated results: Young people as volunteers make useful social jobs, and thereby their competencies for work will be improved. From 3 countries, from 9 secondary schools 15 teachers will join to the program.
