Project "Discovering: Me - The Trainer" is multiactivity project in frames of 'Erasmus+' Programme. It consist of two training-courses. It's main aim is to strenghten and improve quality of youth activities through raising trainer competences of youth-workers. The most important is that participants will discover and develop their trainer skills. Secondary aims are to: discover own trainer potential, point out strong and weak points in this area and find a way to develop them, get know, how plan and perform trainings and get know new methods of working with youth. In project 23 person will take part: 20 participants from NGO, working in youth area and 3 trainers, who will be supporting learning process of participants. First training-couse will take part on September 2014 and the second on December 2014. The first one will be focused on inner potential of participants and their individual skills. The second one is targeted on development of competences in work with the group. Both of them will be finished with planning of mini-projects, which will be implemented in participants' organizations. During the project we will use methods of non-formal education, according to Kolb's cycle. We will use workshops, group work and in small groups, simulation games, discussions. As a result, 20 people from 7 NGOs will raise their competences in area of conducting trainings and work with youth, as well as they will plan their trainer development. Thanks to participants in both training-courses, participants will be able to work better with youth in their organizations, what will result in higher efficienty and - as a consequence - activity of youth.
