The reason for doing this project was a demand of online psychological assessment (tests in the areas cognitive skills, interests and personality) on a wide European level. With the project "Searched & Found" we got many positive feedback and inquiries from European organisations and counselling centres, which want to pay and use the online tool. A requirements analysis of the new partner countries showed that there was not comparably equipment of measuring the applicant's profiles of the adolescent. The transference has been completed. Due to the transfer of the project an international, European skill level of the adolescent was possible. The applicant's profiles of the adolescents at the online platform because the companies were enable to pick of the best fitting applicant, according to the objective evaluation. Additional, there was a content development (development of the subtests), a geographical expansion (SK, ES, CZ, LT) of the test system, which was developed with the partners and thus a transfer into another culture group.Due to the integration of a already existing partner country (AT) and new partners, a nationwide notice was provided and finally the system exist in 15 countries and languages. The quality of the product was guaranteed through the internal evaluator and the quality criteria. The psychological assessment, which is integrated into the data base, is linked to the website "www.searchedandfound.eu" now " www.d-i-s-c-o-v-e-r.eu and enhanced by subtests of the areas cognitive skills, interests and personality after that a target group focused requirements analysis at the companies and adolescents. The consortium consisted of institutions, which are closed to the labour market and work at career counselling by themselves. Therefore they have the needed networks to schools, training centres, employment market services and psychologists. The aim of the transfer project was to enhance the labour market situation of the adolescents at the age of 14 to 21 years in the new partner countries, as well as an advancement and relief of the selection procedure of young employees for the employers of all partner countries. Due to the expanded online psychological assessment prospects of occupational aptitude of the adolescent for the aspired apprenticeship will be defined. An indirectly aim of the transfer is the translation and culturally adoption of the tools into many languages. The expected affects are the display of the skills and the recognition of the own strength. Decrease of the youth unemployment which is especially in Spain extremely high by normalised, standardized and objective tools for job selection of the apprentice and young employees at European level. Thus the investment of the selection process is decreasing and applicants are getting a job faster, line with their talents and personality.
