Project was established after experience from the last EVS projects. The main goal is to give the possibility to the volunteers to realize their own projects and ideas. They will be fully included into the organization. Organization will give them new experience and skills. Organization itself will expand the activities mainly for the community, community will meet with new cultures, they have possibility to communicate with native speakers. There will be two volunteers in the organization. The basic requirement for acceptance of the volunteers is their motivation and their acivity plan for the organization. All the activities in the project correspond with the activites in the organization, -volunteers will be included into the whole working environment of the organization, they will work in the kindergarden, in the leisuse time acitivities for young people and they will also make their own activitities. They will also promote EVS and programme Erasmus+. In the main acitivites there will be also included the meeting with new culture for the community and also for the volunteers. The outputs and affects of the project are: Volunteer will gain new experience and skills, social habits (everyday work), new contacts, information about new culture. All these new skills they can use in their projects in the organization and also after their arrival home. They can motivate another young people to participace in EVS, they can share the information about another culture. Organization will expand its activities, the attendance will increase, also for the employees it is important to communicate daily with somebody from different country.
